$2,281.64 to $3,080.21 biweekly.  Actual salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications.  Government Center/Viera.  Remote work will be considered.  Work schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Performs skilled professional work ensuring the documenting of workflow processes and the development, security, and integrity of systems meet end-user requirements.  Work involves working with SAP-related projects, including the gathering of project requirements, managing the entire project life cycle, and working closely with County SAP users, County SAP technical personnel, and functional consultants to evaluate and resolve any SAP-related issues resulting from day-to-day business activities and enhancements.  Supervision is given to professional and technical personnel.  The County is currently utilizing CC6/Oracle and migrating to S/4 HANA.    

REQUIREMENTS:  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field PLUS three (3) years of experience in business process management and working with SAP Business Suite functionality.  Additional qualifying education and/or experience may be substituted on a year for year basis.  SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:  Must have experience in the following:  SAP modules with emphasis on HR, FI, LE, Budget, or PM; planning and monitoring SAP projects; SAP data analysis and reporting; SAP Architecture and Business Configuration; working with SAP support managing tickets; a range of training and support activities for users; designing, developing, and executing testing protocols for unit, integration, and system testing as driven by requirements; verifying transports; assisting with user roles management; business case development; and Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or other similar software.  Must have the following:  strong analytical skills, including a demonstrated understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements; knowledge of the process to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing; ability to work independently and as part of a team; ability to multi-task and organize and prioritize assigned work and resources; ability to collect, organize, and maintain Business Process data documentation and quality assurance procedures; proven troubleshooting skills with the ability to respond to problems and complaints; ability to manage change; and excellent product management skills.  The following are preferred:  understanding of the SAP methodology framework, knowledge of S/4 HANA, knowledge of and/or experience with functional SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruiting, and PMP.  In the event of a hurricane, major storm, natural or man-made disaster that may threaten the area, the employee will be required to perform emergency duties as directed.
